YY Bench

The four legs of the bench each consist of a single flat iron, which is cut in and bent up.

Screwed to the plate, this construction forms a very stable base. In the model, the legs consist of only 1,5 mm thick aluminum and carry a load of over 30 kg.

Another, very nice detail can be seen from the side view. The long wooden slats are connected by four crossbars. The crossbars are not flush with the long strips, but arranged offset to one another.
